1. How do I book?
Booking couldn't be easier you can choose from one of the following options :
1) Click on the "RED BUTTON" next to the product you require and fill in your details and submit the form.
2) Send an email direct to firstname.lastname@example.org stating contact details, the product you require and the date, time and location of your event.

2. What advance notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book as close to your party or event as you want, however we recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disapointment as we do get very busy and you may find your chosen equipment isnt available on the day you require.
3. What is included in the price ?
In the price we will deliver and set up your inflatable, supply extension lead with RCD, safety mats, ground pegs or sand bags as required, basically everything you need to enjoy your hire in perfect safety, all done with a friendly smile and then we will pack all our equipment away again on collection.
4. How long do I get the equipment for?
You will get the equipment for a 6 hour hire, we aim to deliver between 09.00 and 12.00 in the morning and collect between 5.00 and 7.00 in the evening although our times are slightly flexible. If you are using a hall as your venue and need specific delivery/collection times then please discuss this with us at the time of booking and we will always do our best to accommodate.
5. Do you hire overnight?
Yes we hire overnight if you require even more extended fun, however there is a small additional fee for this service and it will need to be requested when booking the hire. Overnight bookings will only be honoured if the castle is set up in a locked and secure area.
6. Do I have to pay a deposit?
Unfortunately, due to too many double bookings and cancellations we have been left with no other option than to take a £20 deposit at the time of booking this will be refunded only in the case of The Inflatables MK cancelling due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.
7. How do I pay?
Most clients tend to pay cash on delivery, we do not accept any credit or debit card payments (unless you wish to pay through paypal, please ask at booking ) , If you choose to pay by cheque then we must receive the cheque in plenty of time to allow it to clear in our bank before the day of hire. ( we will not accept cheque payment on the day ).
8. What if I need to cancel?
If you wish to cancel for any reason we require that you contact us no later than 9.00 am on the day of booking (although we would appreciate as much notice as possible) to avoid any cancelation fees.
9. What if it rains?
Most of our castles can be used in light showers due to them having a rain/sun canopy fitted. Bouncy castles generally become unsafe and should not be used during heavy rain in which event we will call you and arrange another date.
10. What ground is suitable to set up the bouncy castle?
We will set up our equipment on a level grass surface outside or solid hard surface indoors only due to safety reasons. ( A slight grassy slope maybe acceptable but please enquire at booking ). We will no longer set up on any hard standing outside.
11. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
It will take around 15 minutes to set up and around 20 mins to pack away this is just a general estimate and will vary depending on what equipment you hire.
12. How much space is required?
For most castles a 3 foot wide clear entrance to the hall or garden etc. is required. Also we will need 4 foot at the front and rear of the castle and a 2 foot clearance down both sides, this will allow for blowers, safety mats and a walkway in which to secure the castle in place. Please make sure all animal faeces, garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
13. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, also you will need to provide 2 forms of I.D. i.e. Drivers Licence, Utility Bill etc. This forms part of the hire agreement.
14. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes there are age limits on all our castles for safety reasons which vary from castle to castle, all our castles are advertised with the age limit in the description on our website. If any person is older than the maximum age listed then another product will be required, maybe even an adult castle.
15. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes, we pride ourself on safety, so we leave full safety instructions with every hire.
